How to Supercharge your Sales and Marketing with AI

It’s 2025, and at this point it seems like AI is everywhere, and every tool at least claims to have some AI superpower.

Some definitely do. Some are all talk.

And things change so quickly it’s hard to keep up. It’s easy to feel like you’re being left behind.

If you want to learn how to scale your business with AI sales and marketing, keep reading.

People, Principles, and Platforms

Yes, you want to find the best platforms for your needs.

But the most important part to making AI and automation work for your business is people and principles, not platforms.

You need to have something that works well and reliable talent before you can automate anything effectively. If you don’t have a good product, service, or people, AI can’t save you.

And your data, it needs to be clean! That means consistent, complete, organized. Every field needs to be filled out for every contact record, etc.

In short, garbage in, garbage out.

The whole point of AI agents and sales systems is to take all of the manual grind off of salespeople so that the people can shine where they shine best: closing. The whole point is to get them on the phone with a human.

That all being said, we here at Wremix.AI are platform agnostic. That means we work in whatever system is best for the specific business at the specific time. Things change, and what works for one may not work for another.

For 90% of our clients, we build their AI pipelines, funnels, and webpages in Highlevel, aka GoHighlevel or GHL.

There are of course many great CRMs and systems out there, and especially if a client has a successful one already in place, it’s sometimes best to build and improve on that than to start over completely.

Our favorite CRMs for high-ticket sales organizations, and many business types in general, are:

  • HighLevel

  • HubSpot

  • Pipedrive

Honorable mention: Salesforce. Just because they pioneered and basically cornered the modern CRM market.

Typically though, it is not as nimble, flexible, and quite frankly as effective as some of the newer upstarts like GHL. And of course it’s more expensive.

Sales Best Practices

The three main pillars you need to commit to seem simple, but most businesses are horrible at them, if they're doing them at all. They are:

  • Follow-Up

  • Speed to Lead

  • Text Messages

The statistics around follow-up for high-ticket salespeople are abysmal:

  • It takes an average of 8-12 touches to convert a prospect.

  • 44% of salespeople give up after just 1 attempt.

  • Only 8% of salespeople follow up more than 5 times

Speed to lead, just as bad:

  • You’re 21 times more likely to close a deal if you respond in the first 5 minutes.

  • 50% of prospects go with the company that responds first.

  • The average B2B business’s speed to lead is 42 hours!

And text messaging, though being adopted rapidly, still lags:

  • Businesses that text are 217% more successful than businesses that don’t

That number should be enough to prove to you how important texting is to your businesses. If you’re one of the 40% of businesses that are still not texting, you need to get on it. More text stats:

  • Businesses that text their customers are 5.89 times more likely to report digital marketing success than businesses that don’t.

  • 80% of texts from companies are opened vs. only 20% of emails

  • 67% of people prefer to book an appointment through text vs. a call or email

Are you starting to see the big picture?

These numbers show a huge problem between sales and marketing. There is a huge waste and drop-off between generating a new lead and converting them.

This is what we call “bleed.”

Most of the clients we work with lose anywhere from 40-60% of their leads between the funnel and the phone call, literally “bleeding out”.

Yes, improving your sales skills and close rate are essential. But nothing will give you a greater and quicker boost than implementing systems to address these three pillars to sales success.

How much is your business bleeding? How much of your marketing budget are you wasting?

So What Does This All Mean?

It may sound bad. But it’s not all bad.

The good news is, this is a huge opportunity for your business to grow by harvesting all that low-hanging fruit you’ve been missing. It’s an almost instant boost when you get it right.

And you’re not behind! 40% of businesses aren’t texting at all. And of the 60% that are, I’m sure most of them are bad at it, not doing much, and ultimately getting little to no results.

This means that now it’s up to you to take action. To decide what is the safest and most effective path forward for you to implement these systems into your business.

Your choices are:
